The ISO/VDMA Series is an aluminum body air cylinder line that is designed to meet all of your international cylinder requirements.
With rodless cylinders, the piston is connected to an external carriage by a mechanical or magnetic coupling system, no piston rod extends outside of the component. They are an ideal solution when a long stroke is necessary as they are unaffected by rod overhang or bending. They are perfect for confined areas, and can be mounted in any plane. Rodless cylinders can be easily mounted together, creating multi axis devices. Slides and grippers can be simply mounted to a rodless cylinder, creating simple “pick and place” systems.
Rodless Cylinder-Types:

Note
Outward Thrust and Return Thrust figures quoted are at 6 bar.
Featuring stressproof steel bearing, Model P1M Swing Clamp Cylinder comes in 32/40/50 mm bore sizes in single-rod configurations with tailored set stroke lengths of 10/20/50 mm depending on bore size. Clamp forces depend on operating air pressure and range from 27 lb for 32 mm bore units at 29 psi (2 bar) to 371 lb for 50 mm bore units at 145 psi. Unit offers various swing-arm options including adjustable arm configuration, and maximum operating pressure of 10 bar for every bore size.
Telescopic cylinders are a special design of a hydraulic cylinder or pneumatic cylinder which provide an exceptionally long output travel from a very compact retracted length. Typically the collapsed length of a telescopic cylinder is 20 to 40% of the fully extended length depending on the number of stages.
